INGREDIENTS
- Box of lemon cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ½ lemon (squeezed)
- 1/3 coconut oil
- ½ cup powdered sugar (if desired)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix lemon cake mix, eggs and coconut oil together.
- Roll dough into a ball.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
