Resident Update 3.16.2020
The safety and wellbeing of our Owner Clients, Residents, Staff, Vendors, and Prospective Applicants is our top priority.

Company Operation: Our physical office remains open however, we are currently not allowing any walk-ins at this time and if necessary by Appointment Only. Should this change or if a quarantine situation becomes necessary, we have remote work capabilities which allows us to remain fully operational and functional.

Home Repairs and Maintenance: As a benefit to our Residents, we provide an online portal through which you may submit repair requests. It remains to be seen if vendors and repair companies will have reservations about entering properties, or if you (residents) will have reservations about allowing vendors to enter your homes for needed repairs. We will monitor this situation closely to ensure the health and safety of our residents, our vendors, and the protection and preservation of our properties. Currently, we are addressing emergency maintenance requests.
